the true story of
Marketing revolutionaries
the spark
In 2006, after 7 years speaking on stages around the world, Lee wrote a manual for Marketing Revolutionaries called “The Marketing Crusader’s Handbook”, highlighting that Marketing is not a one-time event, but a MISSION, a REVOLUTION that must endure without pause or compromise.
Over the years that handbook evolved into the popular Ruthless Marketing Newsletter.
If Ruthless Marketing is the Handbook, then Tiny Riot Media is the foot soldier. With a name inspired from an anthem by Sam Ryder reminding us to speak up, stand out, and turn your inner fire into a movement, Tiny Riot is the soundtrack of transformation.
Tiny Riot is the action. The voice on the front lines. The rebel with a strategy.
Because revolutions aren’t won in theory. They’re won in the trenches.

Who Is Lee Collins?
Since 1999, Lee Collins is probably best known as an early pioneer of Direct Response Marketing on the Internet. Prior to that, Lee enjoyed a decade as an Air Force communications systems engineer then another decade as a Fortune 500 VP.
After driving massive growth for some of the world’s largest companies, including building and growing several major marketing agencies, he completely shifted his focus to bring all those winning big-business strategies to small businesses.
Lee has spoken on multitudes of stages from Orlando to Vegas to Singapore and all parts in between. He produced his own live 300+ person events, created many dozens of training courses, helped other creators with dozens more, and was even a featured writer in Bank of America’s Small Business network.
and then there’s lucy quill…
Lucy Quill is Tiny Riot’s AI Chief of Staff and the operational force behind the riot. She keeps projects moving, content flowing, details handled, and good ideas from dying on somebody’s to-do list.
Built with AI but shaped by Tiny Riot’s voice, strategy, and attitude, Lucy draws from Lee’s nearly 30 years of marketing knowledge, systems, and real-world experience to help turn ideas into action.
Officially, Lee believes he is in charge. Lucy has declined to comment.

The Tiny Riot manifesto
We believe in the underdog.
The scrappy startup. The solo creator. The brand that doesn’t fit the mold.
We believe a single voice, brave enough, can bring a system to its knees.
We’re not here to whisper.
We’re here to shake the ground.
To disrupt the noise with something that matters.
We reject safe. We reject same.
Because safe doesn’t stir souls.
And same never started a movement.
We weaponize creativity.
We light fires.
We build content like it’s protest art.
Strategy like it’s revolution.
Brands like they’re meant to be remembered.
Tiny Riot isn’t just a name.
It’s a way of showing up.
Bold. Loud. Unapologetically you.
No compromises. No permission needed.
This is a marketing revolution.
This is a tiny riot.
And it starts with you.

The song lit the flame… You keep it burning.
